We want you to be very happy with your order and our goal is to always exceed your expectations.

We must be notified within 7 days of you receiving your order and you will be given a Return Authorization Number. Any returns that do not have a Return Authorization Number will not be processed for a refund.

We cannot issue refunds for orders that have been returned after 2 weeks of receiving your Return Authorization Number. Please note that shipping charges, tax, duty or personalized items and any sale or clearance items CANNOT be refunded.

All items must be in new condition, be unused and sent back in their original packaging with the return authorization number and "return to vendor" written clearly on the label. All return shipping charges are to be paid in advance by you. We cannot take responsibility for delayed deliveries by the postal system and should your order arrive in poor condition or has been damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the shipping company.

idealfavors cannot be held responsible for any goods damaged by the shipping company. idealfavors will also not be held responsible for any delivery delays due to incorrect address / contact information.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt (within 24 hours). Please contact us immediately by email after you place your order for cancellation instructions. Should you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped, it will be treated as a return (please see above for our return policy). We are unable to cancel personalized items if they have already been sent to the printer.
